The City of Koronadal Transparency Portal is a citizen-focused open-data initiative that makes government procurement and infrastructure records of the City of Koronadal, South Cotabato easy to search, understand, and scrutinize.

  • Indexes PhilGEPS award records posted by City of Koronadal procuring entities (city government, barangays, water district, DepEd division, and other agencies based in the city).
  • Surfaces DPWH infrastructure projects implemented within Koronadal City.
  • Provides advanced search, filtering, sorting, entity directories, budget analytics, and CSV export.

The portal is built with pure PHP (no framework) on a MySQL/MariaDB backend, styled with a lightweight custom CSS design system, and works fully on mobile devices.

About Koronadal

Koronadal, officially the City of Koronadal (also known as Marbel), is the capital of South Cotabato in the SOCCSKSARGEN (Region XII) region. It is a first-class component city with 27 barangays, nicknamed the Crown City of the South.
